Orient Your Walking

Orient Your Walking is designed to encourage sedentary individuals, both young and old, to engage in the practice of OrientWalking. This sport promotes inclusivity and transgenerational interaction, inviting people of all ages to participate. The aim is not only to stimulate physical activity, but also to inspire a rediscovery and appreciation of rural areas and nature, furthering environmental sustainability and climate change initiatives. The project is structured in three stages: research, international training, and local activities. Key deliverables include handbooks and the "Orient Your Walking" app. A crucial aspect of the project will be collaborating with rural municipalities to feature them in the social campaign and local activities, promoting their unique attributes and potential for outdoor exploration.
