Citizens Occupy Rural Europe Project aims to make citizens feel closer and as if they belong to Europe by giving them tools and promoting active participation. By creating an empowerment opportunity for youngsters and decreasing their isolation, youth from rural areas feel involved in a community where they can participate, be active, and have a role in the empowerment of other peers. Through the project activities, IEC Austria motivated young citizens to be actively involved in society, improves their opportunities, and develops the appointment of young Europeans.
