C.H.A.R.M. Cultural Hero/ine(s) Advocating Respect and Mutuality aims to bridge intercultural, intergenerational and social divide, prevent radicalization, racism and discrimination. C.H.A.R.M. is a transformative youth mobility project organized by Zentrum für Innovative Bildung. Focused on Amplifying Male Voices Against Violence, the project invites young people to bridge social divides and combat hate speech and racism.
Through creative methods—such as developing "Cultural Hero" personas and using digital tools—participants from diverse backgrounds come together to promote peace and tolerance. With a focus on sustainability, the project culminates in the creation of educational booklets and school workshops, ensuring a lasting positive impact across Europe.
