SMART-Y: Youth together for green and sustainable European smart Villages project’s purpose is to engage, connect and empower young people to build a society where all young people, especially those in rural areas, are environmentally active, educated, and able to make a difference, contributing to the European youth goal 10: Green Europe sustainability. 

The project works to connect and empower vulnerable young people between 18 and 30 years to become more active in the field of sustainability. The main aim of the project is to let youth become part of the co-creation of European smart villages, and enable the youth to find their own solutions to existing environmental problems, and also develop a prototype for their ideas.
